Apply sunscreen every day - your skin will thank you
Exposure to the sun in moderation promotes wellbeing and relaxation, plus you absorb important vitamin D. Prolonged exposure to the sun ages your skin. A suntan is the skin’s natural defence against the harmful effects of UV radiation.
Daily application of sunscreen will help protect your skin from UV light to control melanin production and avoid hyperpigmentation - melasma.

Always use sunscreen products without mineral oil, which filter out both UVA and UVB rays, even on cloudy days. Use a total sunblock on sensitive parts of your face lips, nose, eyes and cheekbones. Always wear a hat to protect your face and don’t forget to protect your eyes and use sunglasses. Avoid the sun between 11-15.
