Returns and refund
Returns can be made within 14 days from the date of receipt. The products must be in excellent condition, in the condition in which you received them, without damage to the packaging and with the original seal. In case the products are not returned within 14 days or the product is opened, or the packaging is damaged, no return or replacement is accepted. Any free gifts and samples must also be returned. The shipping cost for the return is paid by the customer.
The shipping cost will be deducted from any refund if an order is not collected from the courier and the parcel is returned to Royal Skin.

Notification of any damage in delivered goods should be made within 24 hours of their receipt by email to info@royalskinshop.com. Your order should be returned using a tracked delivery service. E.J.P Blue Spas Ltd. cannot accept any liability for returns that are lost in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, Royal Skin will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, including the shipping cost. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. If the original seal has been broken or tampered with, we will refuse a refund for safety reasons. 

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Damaged goods
If your delivery fails to arrive or arrives damaged, you must first contact the branch of delivery and inform them with a full description of the goods, and the parcel's number.
